Notice of Short Term Lending Facilities
Commonfund has been pursuing liquidity options for our investors in the Short Term Fund. Specifically, we have reached out to a number of financial institutions and have been contacted by others as well offering to provide financial assistance to those educational institutions that face a critical liquidity need. For contact information on these options, please call your Commonfund Relationship Officer.
Commonfund Government Securities Fund
This new fund will be open for investment on Friday, October 3, 2008; to download information and an account application click here. The enclosed application must be completed and returned via fax (203.762.1072) to Commonfund in order to open your account. We standby to process your application as quickly as possible.
October 1, 2008 - Elimination of Commonfund Management Fee for the Short Term Fund
In light of the announced decision by Wachovia Bank, as Trustee, to commence the termination of the Short Term Fund, Commonfund has elected effective October 1, 2008, to waive its share of the Participant fee in the Short Term Fund until further notice.
