WILTON, CT, January 2, 2007
– Commonfund, manager of approximately $38 billion for more than 1,600 nonprofit healthcare, educational institutions, foundations and other nonprofits, today announced Myra R. Drucker as Chair of its Board of Trustees. Ms. Drucker succeeds the retiring William C. Hromadka, Treasurer Emeritus, University of Southern California. Ms. Drucker has been a Trustee of Commonfund since 1997.
In addition to Commonfund, Ms. Drucker, serves other mission-based institutions including Sarah Lawrence College as Vice Chair of its board and the Kresge Foundation as a member of its investment committee. She also serves as an independent trustee of the Putnam Mutual Funds, a director of the New York Stock Exchange LLC, a director of Interactive Data Corporation and an advisor to RCM Capital Management. She was formerly Managing Director of General Motors Asset Management (GMAM) and Chief Investment Officer of Xerox Corporation.

Ms. Drucker received a B.A. degree from Sarah Lawrence College in literature and psychology, and pursued graduate studies at Temple University in economics, statistics and portfolio theory.
