How to Invest with Treasury Access

  • Complete and sign the Treasury Access Application (Forms A through D). Forms A, C & D need to be completed for multiple account set-up.
  • Please include a copy of your institution’s corporate resolution. If your institution does not have one you can use the one provided (Form B). The copy of the corporate resolution or Form B must be notarized.
  • Fill-in date and institution name on page 1 of the End User Agreement. Sign and date End User Agreement on page 10.
  • Auto-Debit Authorization Letter. We require two original copies on your institution’s letterhead with signatures of two authorized signers. This authorization letter allows Commonfund to automatically pull money from your Treasury Access account to fund capital calls for Commonfund Capital programs. Also, you may pay Commonfund fees from your Treasury Access accounts.
  • Late Day Sweep Authorization Letter (Optional). We require two original copies on your institution’s letterhead with signatures of two authorized signers. This authorization letter allows The Bancorp Bank to invest “late day deposits” – those received in your Commonfund Treasury Access account after the deadline for daily transactions (normally 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time) but prior to close of business (normally 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) – in a pre-determined Commonfund Treasury Access money market fund on an overnight basis, such deposits to be returned to your Commonfund Treasury Access account on the following business day, prior to that day’s deadline for daily transactions.
  • Email or fax full package to Eleanor Royston at Commonfund and send the original copy by mail. Please keep a copy for your records.
