Welcome to the Commonfund Proxy Information area. Members of Commonfund are entitled to vote on the matters raised at the upcoming annual meeting to be held on December 18, 2008.
Members have been sent a proxy package which includes a proxy card and a proxy statement. Members are encouraged to read the proxy statement prior to voting. The proxy package describes the specific details requiring a Member vote. If a Member has not received a proxy package by November 25, 2008 please let us know.
We request that each Member cast its vote by December 1, 2008. A Member may cast its vote by any one of the following five methods:
By Internet
Simply click Vote Online. Enter the 14-digit control number listed on the proxy card you received in the mail, then follow the on-screen instructions on the Web site. If you'd like to record any comments prior to voting, please email cdressler@cfund.org.
By Facsimile
Complete and sign the proxy card and fax it toll free to 1-888-796-9932.
By Telephone
Call toll free 1-866-241-6192. Enter the 14-digit control number listed on the proxy card, and then follow the recorded instructions.
By Mail
Complete and sign the proxy card and return it in the postage-paid envelope provided in the mailing.
In Person
Attend the annual meeting and cast your vote in person. Your proxy package will list the time and location of the upcoming meeting. We ask that Members that plan to send representatives to attend the meeting in person provide us notification of their plans by calling Christine Dressler at (203) 563-5268.
By Teleconference
To attend the meeting via teleconference register by calling toll-free 1-888-419-5570. The confirmation code is 73113660.
