To celebrate this year’s award winners, CASE and Commonfund hosted a preconference session to highlight both of this year’s recipients, Sharon Beales, Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Northampton Community College and Jeffery Mills, Ph.D., President and CEO of the University of Maine Foundation. Allison Kaspriske, Director, Commonfund Institute, moderated this discussion to further highlight the winners and their dynamic leadership. During this dialogue, Beales and Mills touched on their institutional goals and strategic decision making, how they were impacted by COVID-19, and how fundraising and the cultivation of new donors has evolved over the past couple of years.
