Wilton, CT, June 24, 2025: CF Private Equity, Inc. (CFPE) today announced that Ethan Levine has been appointed Head of Secondaries. He succeeds Cari Lodge, who will remain with the firm until September 30, 2025, at which time she will be leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities. In addition, Dan Connell, Managing Director, has been promoted to Co-Head of Real Assets and Sustainability. All changes are effective immediately.

Mr. Levine joined CFPE in 2007. He is a longstanding member of CFPE’s Investment Committee and will continue to serve as the Co-Head of CFPE’s Real Assets and Sustainability business, alongside Mr. Connell. Mr. Connell joined CFPE in 2016.

“We are pleased to name Ethan and Dan into these new positions aligned with growing parts of our business,” commented Mark Hoeing, President and CEO of CFPE. “As demand for investment opportunity in the real assets and sustainability and secondaries markets continues to grow globally, we believe that they are well positioned to support our investors, and we are excited about this next chapter for the firm.”  Hoeing added, “We thank Cari for her contributions on our Investment Committee and in helping to build out CFPE’s secondaries business. We wish her well in her future endeavors.”

Cari Lodge said, “I am grateful for my time at CFPE and extremely proud of what we achieved with the secondaries program. It has been an honor to work with such a talented team and serve our investors, and I look forward to this next chapter. I am confident the secondaries team—under Ethan’s leadership—will continue to thrive.”
