The Board Of Trustees

We are governed by a Board of Trustees, whose members are elected by our member institutions at our annual meeting. The Board has fiduciary responsibility with respect to our investment programs and is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the business and operations of Commonfund, the compensation of our senior officers, and general oversight of our business and prospects, including its subsidiaries and proprietary assets.

Committees

The Board is comprised of four different committees that provide oversight for different areas of operations.  The committees are:

  • Executive Committee
  • Audit and Risk Management Committee
  • Compensation Committee
  • Governance Committee
